The use of the Services means the User's consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Services.

Personal information of Users

  1. Within the framework of this Policy, the personal information of Users is understood as:

Purposes of processing Users' personal information:

TEKO collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User or legal entities represented by the User, except in cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

  2. TEKO processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:

    1. Identification of the User using the Services.
    2. Execution of contracts and agreements concluded between TEKO and/or its affiliates and the User, including the License Agreement for the use of the computer program.
    3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of Services, execution of contracts and agreements, processing requests and requests from the User.

Conditions for processing Users' personal information and its transfer to third parties

  1. TEKO processes Users' personal information in any legal way, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools, from the date the User consents to its processing and for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal information.
  2. Dissemination of personal information (disclosure to an indefinite circle of persons) it is not allowed without obtaining a separate consent of the User.

  3. TEKO has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

    1. The User has agreed to such a transfer.
    2. The transfer is made to TEKO employees and/or its affiliates for use for the purposes specified in clause 2.2 of this Policy.
    3. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain Service or to fulfill an agreement or contract with the User.
    4. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.
  4. TEKO takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

User Rights

  1. If this is provided for by the current legislation, the User has the right to access his personal information processed by TEKO and/or its affiliates.
  2. If any personal information about the User, in the opinion of the User, is incomplete or incorrect, the User can log in to his account and make appropriate changes or send a request to TEKO to make such changes.
  3. The user has the right to request the deletion of his personal information or part of it, as well as to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal information - by sending a message to the email address support@teko.io

TEKO's obligations

  1. TEKO is obliged to:

    1. Use the received personal information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy.
    2. To ensure proper secure storage of personal information, not to disclose personal information without the prior written consent of the User, except in cases provided for by law.
    3. To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the request or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of identification of false personal data or illegal actions.
    4. Delete the User's personal data if the storage period of personal information has expired or the User has withdrawn consent to the processing of his personal information.
  2. TEKO does not undertake to verify the accuracy and completeness of the personal information provided by the User.

Final provisions:

  1. TEKO has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
  2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the page at the address on the Internet: https://teko.io/privacy.
  3. The current legislation of the Russian Federation is subject to the application of this Policy and the relations between the User and TEKO arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
