  • What payment options do I have — credit card and/or billing?
    Use a bank card to pay for any tariff plan by linking it in your personal account. Invoicing to the company is available when choosing a tariff with payment for a year or more. Monthly subscription can be paid only by bank card in your personal account.

  • My team wants to cancel their subscription. How to do it? Can we get a refund?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, no charge will be made, and the service will be blocked. A paid monthly subscription is not refundable. In case of cancellation of the annual subscription, the amount for unused months will be refunded, minus the commission provided in the form of a discount to the linked card or account from which payment was made within 30 days from the date of submitting the application for cancellation of the subscription.
  • Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations or educational institutions?
    TEKO supports people who do good things. Therefore, we offer special discounts for qualified non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
  • When does the subscription start?
    After testing and putting the service into commercial operation, you get a trial period of 30 days. The charge will be made immediately after the end of the trial period according to the terms of the selected tariff plan.
  • Can I upgrade to a different subscription plan?
    You can change your subscription plan and get the features of a new tariff plan at any time when using the Teko platform. If you switch to a more expensive tariff, you will only need to pay the difference in cost. When switching to a cheaper tariff at the time of changing the tariff plan, the overspend is not refunded, the service is provided for the entire payment period. Payment for the next period will occur based on the conditions of the new selected tariff.
  • How many workspaces can I create?
    We do not restrict business development, so there are no limits on our platform.
  • What is the free trial?
    After registering each company or registering yourself as a commercial profile for the first 30 days, you work for free in the PLUS tariff.
    You can choose a different tariff and pay for your subscription on any day of the free period. Unused free days will be added to the term of your subscription.
